Step-by-Step Instructions

How to set up German 4K in just a few minutes.

1. Search for Downloader

Open the Google Play Store on your Android TV device and search for "Downloader".

2. Install Downloader

Select the Downloader app and install it on your device.

3. Open Security Settings

Go to Settings → System → Security & Restrictions (or Apps → Security).

4. Open "Unknown Apps"

Open the item "Install apps from unknown sources".

5. Allow Downloader

Activate the toggle for Downloader so it is allowed to install apps.

6. Open Downloader & Enter Code

Open the Downloader app and enter the code 8781950 (German4K Ultra). Confirm with "Go". For the classic German4K Pro: 3781465.

7. Download & Install

Confirm the installation with "Install" and open the app.

8. Log in Once – or Not at All

If your device is already linked with us, German4K Ultra sets itself up automatically on the first start. Otherwise: "Login now" and type in the username + password from your order, scan the QR code with your mobile – or send us a photo of the home screen. After that, Live TV, movies, series and program guide are there.
