2. General information on data processing

We process the personal data of our users generally only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. Processing takes place on the basis of legal regulations, in particular Art. 6 GDPR. We adhere to the principles of data minimization and purpose limitation.

3. Hosting & Server Log Files

This website is hosted by an external service provider (processor):

Lovable and Lovable Cloud. The processing includes the provision of the website as well as the storage of order data and private voucher receipts.

When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. These are usually:

• Browser type and version
• Operating system used
• Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
• Host name of the accessing computer / shortened IP address
• Time of the server request

This data is not merged with other data sources. The processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free presentation and security of the website. The log files are stored for a limited time for security reasons and then deleted.

4. SSL/TLS Encryption

This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the "https://" in the address line of your browser.

5. Cookies

This website currently uses only technically necessary cookies or the browser's local storage, insofar as this is necessary for operation. No tracking, analysis, or marketing cookies are used and no profiles are created. We load fonts from Google Fonts. This establishes a connection to Google, through which your IP address in particular can be transmitted.

All images and graphics are delivered locally from our server and provided via the website's image optimization. No third-party content is reloaded for this purpose.

8. Contact via WhatsApp & Telegram

On our website, you will find links through which you can contact us directly via WhatsApp ( WhatsApp) or Telegram. If you write to us via these services, we process the data you transmit (e.g., phone number/username and message content) exclusively to process your inquiry (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b and lit. f GDPR).

Please note: WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and Telegram are independent providers with their own privacy policies. When using them, data may also be processed outside the EU. We have no influence on this processing. If you wish to avoid this, please contact us by e-mail.

9. Referral Program

In our referral section, you can enter a username to generate a personal invitation link. This username is used exclusively in your browser to create the link or to forward you to WhatsApp/Telegram and is not stored in a database. An assignment only takes place when you or the person you referred actively contacts us via WhatsApp/Telegram.

Our website contains links to external third-party websites (e.g., app stores, Google Play, GitHub, or app providers). We have no influence on their content and data processing; the data protection regulations of the respective providers apply.

Order Data and Voucher Receipts

Only with your express consent do we store name, e-mail address, username, duration, and payment method already during entry, even for canceled or unpaid orders (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time for the future via our contact options and request the deletion of your stored drafts. Information already stored is not automatically deleted by unselecting the checkbox.

Transmitted voucher codes and images serve for payment verification and order processing (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR). They are not public and are only accessible to authorized administrators. Receipts are not redeemed automatically. For technical assignment, we use a random key in your browser's session storage. Requests are limited to protect against misuse. Administrator accounts use technically necessary login storage.

Data is only kept as long as it is necessary for the respective purpose or legal obligations. A specific retention period for unpaid drafts must be determined by the operator before publication.

13. Actuality and Change

This privacy policy is currently valid (see status above). Due to the further development of our website or based on changed legal or official requirements, it may become necessary to adjust this privacy policy.
