Step-by-Step Instructions

How to set up German 4K in a few minutes.

1. Open LG Content Store

Press the Home button on your LG remote and open the "LG Content Store".

2. Install Player

Search for "IBO Player Pro" and install the app.

3. Note MAC address

On the first start, the app displays a MAC address, sometimes additionally a Device Key. Briefly note down both.

4. Set up online

Enter the MAC address on our player page (/apps) – support takes over the setup after checking your details. If the app also shows you a Device Key, send us both details via WhatsApp or Telegram: then we will handle the activation.

5. Restart app & stream

Restart the app – all channels and content will be loaded automatically.

Good to know: The steps work almost identically on other Smart TVs such as Hisense/VIDAA, Philips/Saphi or Toshiba.

• Older webOS models do not support every app – if in doubt, ask our support.
