Step-by-Step Instructions
How to set up German 4K in a few minutes.
1. Open App Store
Press the Home button on your Samsung remote and open the "Samsung Apps" store.
2. Install Player
Search for "CR Player" or "IBO Player Pro" and install the app on your TV.
3. Note MAC address
On the first start, the app displays a MAC address, sometimes additionally a Device Key. Briefly note down both.
4. Set up online
Enter the MAC address on our player page (/apps) – support takes over the setup after checking your details. If the app also shows you a Device Key, send us both details via WhatsApp or Telegram: then we will handle the activation.
5. Restart app & get started
Restart the app. After a few seconds, all channels, movies and series will appear.
Good to know: These instructions work almost identically on other Smart TVs with their own operating system – such as Hisense/VIDAA, Philips/Saphi or Toshiba.
Tips for the best 4K
- Older Tizen models (before 2018) do not support every app – if in doubt, ask our support briefly.
