Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed with German 4K via the website, WhatsApp, or Telegram.

2. Services

German 4K provides time-limited technical access to an IPTV service. Standard access is designed for one device at a time.

3. Duration

All packages (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) are one-time payments for a fixed period. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal – access ends upon expiration of the term.

4. Prices & Payment

The prices displayed at the time of the order shall apply. Payment is made via voucher (PayPal, Card, Apple/Google Pay) or Bitcoin/Lightning. If a larger voucher is used for a term, we will credit the difference as bonus runtime.

5. Activation

Voucher codes and receipts are initially checked manually. The submission is not yet a confirmation of payment. After payment is confirmed, support initiates activation and the transmission of access data. If you have any questions, please contact us with your order number.

6. Usage

Access is intended for private use. Redistribution is only permitted via the official reseller panel.

7. Support

Support is provided daily in German via WhatsApp and Telegram.
