Fixing IPTV “Invalid Login” or “Authentication failed”

Login failing even though you are sure you entered everything correctly? Usually, it is down to one of seven small things.

1. Typos and invisible characters

Access data is often copied via chat – spaces at the beginning or end often slip in. Delete these and pay attention to case sensitivity. Watch out for confusion between 0/O and 1/l/I.

2. Incorrect Server URL entry

The Server URL must be entered exactly as it was communicated to you – including http:// or https:// and port, if specified.

3. Too many simultaneous connections

Each package only allows a certain number of simultaneous streams. If all are occupied, a new login may be rejected. Stop playback on other devices and try again.

4. Expired access

For packages with a fixed term, access ends automatically. Check the expiration date of your order.

5. Incorrect time or date on the device

If the system time deviates significantly, certificate checks can fail. Set the date and time to automatic.

6. Network, VPN, or DNS

An active VPN or a restricted DNS server can disrupt the connection. Disable the VPN as a test and check if other services work. More: Checklist against stuttering and interruptions.

7. App Cache and Reinstallation

Clear the app's cache and data or reinstall it. Instructions: IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate.
