Some improvements are visible the moment you turn on the TV. This is exactly what we have been working on over the last few weeks: We now deliver via a completely proprietary playlist and program system that we built from the ground up for our customers. Tidied-up categories in a well-thought-out order, a program guide that deserves the name, and channel logos in premium quality. For you, nothing changes regarding access, duration, or price.

Why a long list alone achieves nothing

Anyone who has many channels knows the problem: The list is long, the order is random, and what you watch daily is hidden somewhere in the middle. The reason for this is technical – most providers simply pass through how their source is sorted. Instead, we have manually organized every single category: Germany first, the most important categories at the top, followed by Austria, Switzerland, and international programs. The order is based on actual viewing behavior instead of technical coincidences.

A program guide that is accurate

The second major building block is the TV program in the player. We build it ourselves – with seamless data on the most important categories and mapping that fits. So you don't just see that a channel is running, but what is currently playing and what comes next. Anyone who has ever sat in front of a channel list where "No Program" was everywhere or – worse – the program of a completely different country, knows what a difference this makes in everyday life.

Channel logos in premium quality

In addition, there are channel logos in razor-sharp quality, uniformly processed instead of patched together. On a large TV, this is immediately noticeable: The channel list finally looks as high-quality as the picture itself. For series and movies, we also show original posters instead of lining up long text lists.

What you have to do: nothing

If you order new from us or renew your access, everything is already set up this way. You will receive your access data as usual and don't have to worry about anything. Are you already a customer and want to use the new delivery now? Then send us a quick message via WhatsApp or Telegram – we will tell you what to do and set it up directly for you if requested.

• Newly ordered or renewed? Already active – you don't have to do anything.
• Existing customer? Write us briefly, we'll take care of the rest.
• Using IBO Player or CR Player? Send us the MAC address of your device – we will upload the list, you don't type anything.
• Your previous access continues unchanged – the switch is voluntary.

One exception: the 8K Player VIP+

We would rather state this clearly before anyone invests time: The new delivery cannot be used in the 8K Player VIP+. This app is firmly connected to its own cloud and does not allow its own server address – we cannot change this from the outside. Your previous access will, of course, continue to run normally there, so you lose nothing. If you still want to experience the new layout, simply use a second app: on Fire TV, Android TV, and Google TV our free German4K Ultra, on Samsung the CR Player, and on LG the IBO Player Pro – both are set up in a few minutes, you can find the instructions on our installation page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the new delivery cost extra?

No. It is included free of charge for all customers and test accounts. You use your existing access – neither your plan nor your duration changes.

Will my channels or settings be lost?

No. Your previous playlist remains, the new layout comes as an additional entry next to it. You can switch between both at any time or go back completely.

Why doesn't it work in the 8K Player VIP+?

The 8K Player VIP+ is firmly connected to its own cloud and offers no way to enter a custom server address. Your previous access continues to run normally there. For the new layout, it is best to use our free app German4K Ultra (Fire TV, Android TV, Google TV) or on Samsung the CR Player, on LG the IBO Player Pro – both can be set up in a few minutes.

Do I have to switch?

No, the switch is voluntary. Your previous access continues to run normally. However, we highly recommend it – the new category arrangement and the program guide make a noticeable difference every evening.

I am an existing customer – how do I get it?

Write to us briefly via WhatsApp or Telegram. We will tell you what to do and set it up directly for you if requested. If you use an IBO Player or CR Player, the MAC address of your device is sufficient – then we will upload the list without you having to type anything.
