Refer friends & secure free months: the German 4K referral program

. Reading time

The best recommendations come from satisfied customers – and that is exactly who we want to reward at German 4K. With our new Referral Program, your recommendation turns into hard cash: For every friend you successfully bring to us, we give you a free month on top when they sign up for an Annual Subscription. And during our big World Cup Promotion, we even double that to 2 free months. In this guide, we show you step-by-step how to refer friends, create your personal invitation link, and ensure your free months are credited.

Refer Friends, Collect Free Months – How It Works

The principle is incredibly simple and a win for both sides: You recommend German 4K to friends, family, or acquaintances. If one of them signs up for an Annual Subscription, we credit you one free month – during the World Cup Promotion, even 2 months. Your friend starts completely relaxed with a 24-hour free trial, with no contract and no payment details. This way, they can convince themselves in peace before deciding on a subscription.

To ensure you are truly recognized as the referrer, everything runs through your personal invitation link. Through this link, we know exactly that your friend was referred by you – and your free months land automatically in your account. No code to read aloud, no confusion, no follow-up needed.

Step 1: Create Your Personal Invitation Link

You can create the Invitation Link in our Referral Program in just a few seconds. Simply type in your German 4K username – exactly the name you are registered under with us. You will immediately receive a personalized link that is uniquely assigned to you. You can then copy this link or forward it directly via WhatsApp and Telegram.

Don't know your username by heart? No problem: Our German-speaking Support can tell it to you at any time. Just drop us a short message via WhatsApp or Telegram, and we will help you immediately.

Personal Link Instead of Anonymous Code

Unlike a classic discount code, you don't have to remember or dictate anything to us. Your link already has your username built-in. When your friend clicks on it, they land on a personal invitation page where your name is visible – the assignment happens fully automatically in the background. This ensures no recommendations are lost and you reliably get what you deserve.

Step 2: Forward the Link to Your Friends

Once your personal link is created, you have three convenient ways to share it:

• Copy: With one click, the link lands on your clipboard – paste it anywhere you like (email, SMS, social media).
• WhatsApp: Opens WhatsApp with a ready-made message including the link – you just select the recipient and press send.
• Telegram: Works exactly like WhatsApp – ideal if your friends prefer writing via Telegram.

On WhatsApp and Telegram, the invitation message is already completely pre-formulated. So you don't have to type anything yourself – just select the Contact, send, done. You can hardly make a recommendation faster.

Step 3: Your Friend Messages Us – You Get Your Free Months

If your friend clicks on your link, their personal invitation page opens. There, they can see at a glance what German 4K offers – over 36,000 live TV channels in 4K and HD, 150,000 films and series on demand, without a contract and on practically every device. With one click, they then start their free 24-hour trial via WhatsApp or Telegram.

The best part: If your friend messages us via your link, your name is automatically attached to their message. This way, we know immediately and without a doubt that they came from you. If they decide on an Annual Subscription after the trial, we credit your free months – during the World Cup Promotion 2 months, regularly 1 month. You don't have to worry about a thing.

Why the Annual Subscription is Doubly Worth It

The Referral Program unfolds its full effect with the Annual Subscription – and that is our most popular package anyway. You pay once for 12 months and save significantly compared to monthly payments. During the World Cup Promotion, you get the annual subscription at a reduced promotional price, and through every successful recommendation, your term is additionally extended for free.

Do the math: If you refer just one single friend who signs up for an Annual Subscription during the World Cup Promotion, you get 2 months for free – turning 12 paid months effectively into 14. If you refer us to multiple friends, your free months add up accordingly. Good streaming becomes even cheaper, simply because you are recommending something you are convinced of anyway.
